TeleSales Executive

- Outbound calls to warm leads from our website, WhatsApp, and referral network
- Qualify interest, answer first-line questions on HMDA/RERA, share documents
- Hand over qualified buyers to site-visit or registration team
- Maintain CRM hygiene — every call logged, every lead dispositioned
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years in real estate sales or a structured call-centre environment
- Conversational fluency in at least two of English, Hindi, Telugu
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic Excel

Accountant

- Day-to-day bookkeeping across company and project ledgers
- Bank reconciliation, GST compliance, TDS filings
- Monthly financial statements + audit support
- Vendor payments and site-office imprest reconciliation
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate or construction
- Strong Tally proficiency; comfort with MS Office/Excel
- Working fluency in English + Telugu

Business Development Executive

- Build partnerships with channel partners, loan officers, and referral networks
- Represent YIH at property expos and investor meetups
- Own pipeline quality for a portfolio of active projects
- Feed market signals back to leadership weekly
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years in real estate, banking, or B2B sales
- Strong written + verbal communication in English and Telugu
- Self-directed, comfortable travelling within Hyderabad
