Is Nature Nest Residencia HMDA-approved?
Yes. Nature Nest Residencia is sanctioned under HMDA Layout Permit No. 10/LO/Plg/HMDA/2013. The sanctioned layout — plot numbering, internal road widths, parks and access points — is verifiable on dpms.hmda.gov.in by searching the LP number.
Is Nature Nest Residencia RERA registered?
Nature Nest Residencia was sanctioned in 2013, before the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 introduced RERA registration in Telangana. The HMDA Layout Permission is the governing approval. We share the full documents kit on request for your independent legal review.
