– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
– A minimum booking amount must be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is payable as per the agreed schedule.
– Failure to make payments on time may result in penalties or cancellation of the booking without a refund.
3. Property Allotment
– Property allotment is based on availability at the time of booking confirmation.
– Any changes in the property size, layout, or location will be communicated promptly, and efforts will be made to provide equivalent alternatives.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
– Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.
– Refunds will be processed as per the Company’s refund policy, and the amount refunded may vary based on the time of cancellation.
5. Documentation
– All necessary documentation, including sale agreements, property transfer documents, and payment receipts, will be provided by the Company.
– Clients must submit all required documents promptly to avoid delays in processing.
6. Maintenance and Services
– Maintenance fees are applicable as per the Company’s policy and must be paid by the client on time.
– The Company reserves the right to adjust maintenance fees periodically, with prior notice.
7. Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration, as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
– The venue for arbitration will be Hyderabad, India.
8. Limitation of Liability
– The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or the purchase of property.
9. Changes to Terms
– The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with prior notice to clients.
10. Governing Law
– This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11. Acceptance of Terms
– By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
