Information on this site
We make every effort to keep project information, approvals, availability, and pricing accurate and up-to-date. However, real estate inventories change quickly. Always confirm the latest details with our team before making a booking or payment decision.
Artistic impressions and renders
Architectural renders, landscape illustrations, and walkthrough videos shown on our websites are artistic impressions created for marketing purposes. The actual project may vary in design, materials, landscaping, or layout detail. We mark all renders clearly and share physical site photos during in-person visits.
Payments and registration
No payment is due until you have completed due diligence, verified approvals on government portals (HMDA DPMS, TS RERA, Bhu Bharati, Registration Telangana), and signed a sale deed at the Sub-Registrar office. We do not accept cash payments. All payments are through bank instruments issued in the name of the developer entity mentioned in your agreement.
Due diligence is your right
We encourage — and expect — buyers to verify every document we share. Our team will walk you through the exact steps to verify HMDA LP numbers, RERA registrations, encumbrance certificates, and Bhu Bharati survey records. If anyone on our team tells you not to verify, escalate immediately to the founder at contact@youngindiahousing.com.
Plot loans and financing
We partner with leading banks and NBFCs for plot loans. Loan eligibility, interest rates, and terms are set by the lender and not by us. We can assist with documentation and introductions, but the loan decision rests with the lender.
Communication consent
When you share your phone number or email with us, you consent to receive communication about the project you enquired about and, where relevant, about other Young India Housing projects. You can ask us to stop at any time — we will comply within 24 hours.
Intellectual property
All content on our websites — text, logos, photographs, renders, brand marks — is owned by Young India Housing Pvt. Ltd. or used with permission. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute this content without written consent.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to our services will be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be published at /terms with an "updated" date. Continued use of our sites after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
