    Check Bhu Bharati survey records

    Cross-check survey numbers on bhubharati.telangana.gov.in. Look at the 10–15 year ownership chain.

    Run the 22-A prohibited-property check

    Confirm the plot is not on the Telangana prohibited list. All our plots are clear — verify yourself to be sure.

    Proceed to spot registration
